Belleair Bluffs Zip Code
The Zip Code for the City of Belleair Bluffs, 33770, is also assigned
to part of the City of Largo. Most computers, when given this number,
will print out Largo even if you tell them that you live in Belleair Bluffs.
You can help by insisting firms send your mail addressed to you at Belleair
Bluffs. Each year 1.85 percent of your property insurance bill is returned
by the insurance company to the Fire Department Pension. Checking your
address on all of your mail, especially your insurance bill, is important;
make sure it reads Belleair Bluffs, FL, 33770. If your address shows Largo,
notify the sender to correct the city to read Belleair Bluffs. Your insistence
in this will not only protect our revenue but also identify our city.
Also, use of the extended 4 digits of the zip code will further identify
your location in Belleair Bluffs. If you do not know your extended zip,
please contact the Largo Post Office at 584-2191.
Garage Sales
City Code allows for 2 garage sales within a twelve-month period for two
days each. If you are planning to have a garage sale, please come to City
Hall at least three days before the dates and fill out a permit application,
which will cost $3.00. Also, please, no signs except the one permitted
on your property.
House Numbers
It is required that all buildings and residences in the City of Belleair
Bluffs display on the front of the building address numbers at least 3"
(three inches) in size. This requirement is necessary so emergency vehicles
can locate the address when they respond to a 911 call. Many times a few
minutes can mean the difference in a life and death situation so this
requirement is for your safety and protection.
