The City of Belleair Bluffs transitioned all permitting and inspection services from Pinellas County Building, Development, and Review Services to SAFEbuilt on August 15, 2025. All open and active permits will remain with Pinellas County Building through final inspection. All new permits received on or after August 15th will be submitted through SAFEbuilt. All contractor registrations will be processed by SAFEbuilt.
